Joan has been very active in her local communities for most of her adult live. A New Hampshire native, Joan has lived in Plaistow, where she was a former selectman, Exeter, where she served as president of her condominium association and Kingston, where she has resided for nearly twenty years. With 22 years of full time experience in marketing and selling real estate and property management, Joan is experienced in residential, land, and investment properties.
